Who oversees LocalTrust Texas?
LocalTrust is governed by a Board of Trustees composed of participants in the pool and other persons who are qualified to advise the pool.
Who is eligible to participate in LocalTrust Texas?
Eligible participants include counties, municipalities, school districts, special districts, and other political subdivisions of the State of Texas, as well as departments, agencies, or instrumentalities thereof.
How does an eligible investor participate in LocalTrust Texas?
Eligible investors participate through a defined application process:
- Review the Trust Indenture
- Review the applicable Information Statement(s)
- Adopt and execute a resolution approving participation and naming an authorized designee.
Completed documentation is submitted to the LocalTrust client service team.
Does oversight differ between the Government Pool and Premier Pool?
No. The LocalTrust Board of Trustees provides oversight for all investment pools offered by LocalTrust Texas.
What are LocalTrust Texas business hours?
The LocalTrust Client Service Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT.

Are there minimum or maximum investment requirements?
No. There is no minimum or maximum investment requirement for participation in LocalTrust Texas pools.
Are there limits on transactions?
No. There is no limit to the number of transactions a participant may execute.
Are there fees for wire or ACH transactions?
LocalTrust Texas does not charge fees for wire or ACH transactions. External banks may apply fees. Participants should confirm with their financial institution.
How are audit confirmations submitted?
Audit confirmations may be submitted through www.confirmation.com.
What is the Participant Portal?
The Participant Portal is where LocalTrust participants can transact in their accounts, move funds, pull account activity and statements and view their balances. The portal is accessible 24/7 and can be accessed here.
