ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Here's how to join

Review Trust Indenture and Information Statement(s)

• Review the governing document and applicable Information Statement(s) which outline the terms that govern participant investments

Premier Pool Information Statement

Complete Online Registration Form to begin process

Online LocalTrust Registration Packet

• Service team will then use this information to complete the enrollment package which will be sent via Docusign

• Self-complete Enrollment package

LocalTrust Registration Packet

Obtain Your Board’s Approval to participate

• Obtain Board approval

• Execute documents with signatures from your Board Chair and Board Secretary (or equivalent)

• Email completed documents to service@yourlocaltrust.com
